§ Overdue # Days: will indicate the number of days (ranging from 7 and up) that have passed after rotation end date.

Action: There are two ways in which the user can respond to an evaluation assignment
§ Evaluate: Click on this link to fill out the associated evaluation form. You have the option of filling it out completely and submitting it immediately after OR filling it out partially and saving the information you entered without submitting the evaluation. In the case of the latter, the incomplete evaluation will continue to be displayed on the “Evaluations to Complete” menu. A yellow asterisk ( * ), appearing to the right of the Evaluate link will signify that the associated evaluation has only been partially completed.
§ Decline: Click on this link to refuse to complete the evaluation form. You will be asked to provide a reason why you are declining to complete the evaluation form. You are allowed to decline completing an evaluation assigned to you a limited number of times per academic year. Even after you have indicated your wish to decline an evaluation, the Evaluate link will remain active, allowing to complete and submit the evaluation form in case there has been a change of mind. Every time you select to decline an evaluation, a message will be forwarded to your Program Director, indicating your decision to decline and your reasons for doing so. The Program Director is authorized to delete an evaluation assignment if he deems that proper, after which the declined evaluation will disappear from your Evaluations to Complete menu.
