If you can't sign in to MyEvaluations.com with your username and password, try the following:

  • Check that you are logging in at https://www.MyEvaluations.com and not similar looking site.
  • Check that your browser displays the "s" after "http" in order to confirm a secure connection.
  • Update the Favorite listing in your browser with the correct web address.
  • Make sure that you typed your username and password correctly. Passwords are not case sensitive. If you've forgotten your username and/or password, try to retrieve it and make certain it is correct.
  • If your department has not renewed it MyEvaluations.com account, it may be deactivated. If your department's account is deactivated, please contact your department for assistance.Reset the cookies saved on your computer.
  • Make sure that you have configured your browser to allow cookies. If your browser doesn’t allow cookies, you can’t sign in with your username and password. (Cookie is a small text file, created by a website, that stores information on your computer. For example, your preferences when visiting those sites.)

How Does The System Work?

MyEvaluations.com uses patented on-line technology to allow various medical training programs the freedom to Design, Assign & Review their own evaluations. Evaluations are designed on-line using instantly customizable questions, which are then assigned to users for immediate or later completion. All data is electronically collected and stored in secure databases, which authorized personnel from each program can then access in order to generate on-line reports. This is further integrated as a GME solution, giving the GME office access to evaluations, procedures, clinical hours and more.

Patient Logs are customized to track Locations, Diagnostic Categories and Encounter Types that are all customizable by the department. All data can be centrally reported in order to generate a complete Medical Training Portfolio. Patient Logs can be integrated with Procedure Tracking. Add procedures, set parameters, import old procedures, and automate the certification process. All Procedures and Patient Logs can be reported on the web or any mobile device.

Can we customize our evaluations?

YES. MyEvaluations.com is a dynamic system. An administrator in the department (Program Coordinator and Program Director/s) can easily design custom evaluations directly through MyEvaluations.com. Write questions, categorize questions, select answer choices, and create the evaluation that is right for your program.

Can we create multiple evaluations?

YES. There is no limit to the number of evaluations you can design and assign. You may choose to design multiple evaluations in order to survey the performance of different departments or sub-specialties. Also you may choose to break-up a very long evaluations into smaller evaluations. MyEvaluations.com is a dynamic system designed to serve all your evaluation needs.

Can individual users review evaluations of their own performance?

YES. Registered users can login to MyEvaluations.com and review evaluations of their own performance. MyEvaluations.com also tracks the electronic review of evaluations. Easily display a tracking history of which evaluations were or were not reviewed.

What types of reports can MyEvaluations.com generate?

All reports are generate on-line and in real-time. This includes:

Can MyEvaluations.com generate custom reports?

YES. Although MyEvaluations.com has a complete selection of on-line reports, MyEvaluations.com can create custom color reports that meet your specific needs. You can request for periodic custom reports at an added cost. Reports are generated to your specification, printed on high-quality paper, bound, and delivered in a timely manner.

Can MyEvaluations.com provide us with the raw data?

YES. You own your own data. You can export the data into Microsoft Excel, Access or as comma delimitated files. This information is very useful for creating an archive or for generating custom reports.

Can we upload new users directly from ERAS?

YES. All relevant information including name, phone number, and even pictures can be integrated into MyEvaluations.com. Simply export and save a copy of the data you want incorporated and MyEvaluations.com will do the rest.

Can we include pictures of residents and others?

YES. You can add GIF and JPG images of all your users.

What is Needed?

What type of equipment will my Department need to use MyEvaluations.com?

Any computer with Internet access can be used to access MyEvaluations.com. Our system is designed to be very Internet friendly, and avoids fancy programming that can slow down your Internet connection. All registered users can access MyEvaluations.com from the privacy of their home, office, library or any other computer with Internet access. We fully support Internet Explorer and Netscape.

What type of software will my Department need to use MyEvaluations.com?

You may use any browser that supports a secure data connection. No additional software or installations are necessary. MyEvaluations.com is operated and supported through the Internet and does not need any special installations.

Which Internet browsers does MyEvaluations.com support?

MyEvaluations.com supports all versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla with 128-bit SSL support. A variety of other browsers are also compatible with MyEvaluations.com.

Will Information Services (IS/MIS) department at my organization need to support MyEvaluations.com?

NO. MyEvaluations.com is self-contained system that operates on our server, independent of your organization's computers and servers. The IS department will not be burdened with the task of managing the databases and programs associated with an on-line evaluation system. We have a staff of professional engineers updating and maintaining MyEvaluations.com 24 hours per day - 7 days per week.

Does MyEvaluations.com have a written Privacy policy?

YES. To access our Privacy Policy go to www.MyEvaluations.com and select Privacy from the menu option. At MyEvaluations.com we strive to continuously maintain the validity of our privacy policy.

Are trainee evaluations of attending physician anonymous?

YES. In order to protect the anonymity of the trainee (i.e. residents) evaluations of attending physicians, all reports are reported in aggregate. Additionally, the names, dates and other closely associated data are omitted from individual reports.

Is the transmission of evaluation data over the Internet secure?

YES. MyEvaluations.com has incorporated 128-bit SSL Encryption for your data protection. 128-bit SSL is the world's strongest state-of-the-art SSL encryption allowing secure communicate and protecting your confidential information from interception and hacking. MyEvaluations.com is compatible with versions of Microsoft® and Mozilla® browsers.

What are the current General Competencies outline by the ACGME?

Based on the February 1999 meeting of the ACGME, there were six General Competencies outlined:

The ACGME's Residency Review and Institutional Review Committees incorporated the General Competencies into their requirements as of 2002. Questions regarding these requirements should be directed to outcomes@acgme.org. The following is a description of the Timeline and Working Guidelines set by the ACGME & RRC:

PHASE 1 (7/2001-6/2002): Forming an initial RESPONSE to changes in Requirements

  • Define specific objectives for residents to demonstrate learning in the competencies

  • Begin integrating the teaching and learning of competencies into residents' didactic and clinical educational experiences as needed to ensure learning opportunities.

PHASE 2 (7/2002-6/2006): Sharpening the FOCUS and definition of the competencies and assessment tools

  • Provide evidence of learning in all six competencies
  • Use progressively more dependable measurement tools
  • Provide evidence of initial efforts to use evaluation data in assessing effectiveness in resident learning in all competencies
  • Review assessment methods that emerge from field

PHASE 3 (7/2006-6/2011): Full INTEGRATION of the competencies and their assessment with learning and clinical care
